Civil Rights Lawsuit Against Three Judges in Federal Court
Now comes, STEPHEN R. LILLEY, pro se, who asserts this complaint to redress the deprivation of rights, liberties, and immunities secured to the Plaintiff under the Constitution and laws of the United States of America and the State of Ohio. This complaint seeks declaratory and injunctive relief and damages for the violation of the Plaintiff’s rights as protected by the First, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution, and as protected under Ohio state law.
